2023 FMTO Cancellation Policy

Official Fan Travel Packages (which include hotel, game tickets and parking):
Official Fan Travel Package (which include hotel, game tickets and parking) cancellations received after the time of booking, but before June 1, 2023 will receive a full refund.  Cancellations received from June 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 will receive a 50% refund.  All cancellations received on or after November 1, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.  Any requests for changes to your package after booking will be subject to availability and may include pricing differences.  No changes may be made to your package after October 31, 2023.  In the event that the 2023 Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off is canceled for any reason, Official Fan Travel Package purchases will be refunded in full.
